Wilfred, age 6 from Kent was diagnosed with Craniopharyngioma, a rare type of brain tumour. This meant Wilfred needed to undergone surgery and through a course of radiotherapy.
He is now doing well so it was a perfect time to enjoy a short break at Legoland with his parents and sister Margot.
The family spent lots of time on the rides in the park with Wilfred especially enjoying the Dragon Rollercoaster!!
Everyone enjoyed their break away, having fun at the pool and play area in the Legoland Hotel, plus enjoying some great meals. All the children had lots of treats and ice cream.
Wilfred and his siblings now have so much Lego that mum had to buy special storage boxes and Wilfred has even set up a special Lego office at home where he can build to his heart’s content!
Mum said they all had “a fantastic, amazing and magical time”
