Scott, aged 16 lives in Northern Ireland. He was diagnosed with T-Cell Leukaemia in December 2013 and then a rare form of chronic liver disease. He completed his chemotherapy in 2017.
Scott has a host of other medical issues and is currently being monitored by his consultant. He has been feeling very down recently, and so having a wish to think about gave him something positive to focus on.
He had always wanted to go to Port Aventura in Spain and we were delighted to make this happen for him and his family.
The family travelled to Spain and checked in to the Hotel Port Aventura for a week. From the moment they arrived the fun began. They spent their time between the pool, theme park, water park and some very nice restaurants.
The holiday helped bring them back together as a family and it was great to spend so much time together. They have so many wonderful memories of their time away.
The family really hope to return another year and as soon as Scott got home, he was already scouring the internet planning their next visit!
