Olivia, aged 6, was referred to us by the Children’s hospital for Wales. She was diagnosed and treated for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. Olivia has made a wonderful recovery despite lots of setbacks.
For her wish she asked if she could have a family holiday to Butlin’s. She wanted a stress free break where she could have lots of fun with her family.
We got to work and organised a week-long trip for her and her family at Butlin’s in Minehead.
We arranged a minibus to take them from their home in Cardiff to Butlin’s so that the journey was as quick and comfortable as possible.
The minute they arrived the fun began. There was so much to do and every day was packed with activities. The evenings were spent enjoying the shows, the disco and of course some Euro’ 16 football matches!
The whole family really enjoyed spending such quality time together and had an absolutely amazing week. Olivia is writing us a letter and sending some photos as soon as she can.
