Amber is a happy little girl and loves shopping and makeup. She was originally diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a malignant brain tumour, at the age of 5. This meant she went through surgery, proton beam therapy in Germany and then chemotherapy.
Sadly, Amber has relapsed with a new tumour following a routine MRI and unfortunately this in inoperable.
The family are taking things day by day and spending time together making memories
Amber wished for an iPad as her current one had seen better days. She spends a lot of time in hospital and really misses school so it will be used for some limited schoolwork and entertainment. One of her real loves is art, drawing and colouring so the iPad is well suited to her needs.
Amber was delighted when our 41 Club representative and RTCW Ambassador, Des, arrived at the family home to present Amber with her wish. She has been enjoying her iPad and will no doubt be spending her iTunes vouchers.
