If you would like to apply for a wish and meet the following criteria, please give us a call. It is essential that you have an informal chat with Cathy, our Wish Coordinator, before completing an application form to apply for a wish.
Before you apply for a wish, please make sure you meet the criteria below in order to qualify for a wish with us:
Aged between 4 and 17 years and suffering from a life threatening illness
A permanent resident of Britain or Ireland
Has not already received a wish from ourselves or any other Wish Charity or Organisation
If you would like to refer a child or young person please complete the online Wish Referral Form

Parents/Guardians must be informed if their child is to be nominated for a wish, as we will need to make contact with them before we can send out an application pack.
